Jack Qin   CEO/Chairman of the Board       Mr. Qin graduated in 1991 from Kansas State University (Emporia) with his Masters Degree in Marketing.   For the 6 year period prior to EFT, Mr. Qin was Corporate Director and Owner of a successful Import and Export Company.  During this period Mr. Qin’s company was responsible for the North American introduction of the theft deterrent device “The Club”.    In 1998 after creating and administering various successful network marketing companies Mr. Qin founded EFT.   Mr Qin has served as the companies CEO, President and Chairman of the Board since inception.      Mr.Jack Qin qj@EFTB.us   eftbusa@gmail.com                 Mr.George Curry       Vice-President              Mr. Curry is Vice President and a board member of       EFT.  He has been with the company since 1999        bringing 40  years of international trade and sales       experience.           Mr. Curry has also been involved in the manufacturing        and    marketing of healthcare products since the       1990's. As an    avid cycler, he supports the benifits of       EFT  products from     first hand experience.       Prior to joining EFT, Mr. Curry had been a motivational       speaker and a high level sales person with other       network marketing groups.  He is an experienced sales       and marketing traineer and supports the EFT ganization       in a  multitude of ways including executive duties related       to  corporate administration and policy.

Mrs.Sharon Tang      Chief financial officer (CFO)      st@EFTB.us           Ms . Tang , CFO has been serving as our Chief     Financial Officer since June 2008.  Ms. Tang was the      former CFO of Advanced Battery Technologies and was     instrumental in up listing “ABAT” from OTCBB to AMEX     to NASDAQ.     Her resume is highlighted with positions such as     managing director for the First Federal Group of     Companies Inc. and the Empire Market Focus, Inc.     group. Additionally she was a trade and marketing     manager for Standard Forex Inc. as well as financial     advisor at Smith Barney /Citi group. She holds: -   Master of Business Administration degree from     Baruch College -  Master in Chemical Engineering from the    University of Rochester -  Bachelor degree in Science Chemistry from Beijing    University of China
